They did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. Sean and Carlos his assistant were fantastic! I have a lot of pets and that didn't interfere with their work. They quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issues, and proactively found some other issues that needed addressing. I deal with contractors and plumbers all the time. These two I will have them back for sure. You will not be disappointed.

Charlie and Matt C were great and provided amazing service. They meticulously explained the work that needed to be done, how they were going about it, and made sure I understood everything clearly- even to the extent of showing me the equipment they’d be using, how it worked, and giving me confidence the issue I had would not return. They were respectful of my house and cleaned up fully after the job was done. I’m very happy with the quality of their work; it’s reassuring to have folks who clearly know their stuff. Erica from the office also followed up with me quickly to check on the service I received and make sure everything had to my satisfaction. Leak under kitchen sink batnegat nj
Remove concrete, repair pipe in slab, replace main shut off with membership Arrived to home to perform a repair on leak under slab. Customer insurance company hired a leak detection company to pinpoint break in water line. MyGuy came out and jackhammered slab and dug until found water line. Found that there was split in the poly pipe. MyGuy then cut out section of pipe that was leaking and replaced. Also we replaced gate valve with a full port ball valve which was the main shut off to the home. Turned water on at the meter and the meter is not spinning indicating there are no more leaks in the slab. Will send this to customer so she can relay it to the adjuster.
Arrived on site found that the unit requires a specific type of calcite and we need to order it also found that when we put water filter back in place the bypass valve was leak ordered parts and will collect full balance when work is complete
Arrived on site customer stated that when it rained heavily that they were getting ground water into the basement. To resolve the issue we resealed around the sleeved pipe and installed more silicone in the sleeve. Unable to test work at this time. Told customer next time we get rain to double check to make sure no more ground water is getting in the home if it is we will return to dig up water line and reseal around piping outside of the home.

Arrived to home for flooded home. Upon inspection saw that entire home had saturated floor. Customer had called insurance company and a restoration company was here to find out where leak is coming from. Township came to turn off water and meter was spinning when nothing was on. From all information I collected it seems like leak is coming from slab. Could not give options today. Gave allstates customer number to see if they can move forward with us. We will be coming back to further diagnose once we have more information. 59 diagnostic fee waived.
Arrived on site client stated he had a leak by his sewage ejector pit. Upon inspection the check valve was leaking and almost popped off of the pipe. Replaced check valve and repiped small section of pvc. Checked work when done for leaks and there are no leaks. Pump is working as it should.
Pull and reset toilet Arrived to home for leaking toilet. Upon inspection found that wax seal had failed. Gave options for toilet replacement as well. MyGuy pulled and reset toilet and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. New wax, Jonny bolts and supply line.
Arrived in site customer stated that they are interested in servicing their water softener and acid neutralizer. Upon inspection found 1. Acid neutralizer is not neutralizing the acidity in the water. It’s reading about 6 and we want to be in the ranges of approximately 7-8. It has been maintained over the course of 17 years but it is time for replacement. 2. Water softener is approximately 6 years old. Salt basin is muddy looking and definitely needs to be removed and cleaned and new salt needs to be installed and then ran through a regen cycle. Looking for service / replacement. Performed annual home inspection and everything appears to be in good working order at this time. There appears to be no issue’s at this time. Gave option for installing water conditioner and or servicing water softener and acid neutralizer. Customer would like to move forward with servicing their water softener and acid neutralizer.
Provided options to correct leaks in home and install new hook ups for laundry and dryer. Barnegat, NJ 08005
Customer stated that they would like their tankless water heater serviced. Myguy plumbing swapped out Navien peak flow filter. After all work was performed Myguy plumbing tested for leaks, at this time their are no leaks found and everything is operating as should.
Customer stated that there water heater was leaking. After inspecting we found that the unit is leaking internally. Myguy plumbing gave options for a replacement of heater. Customer would like options emailed over.
3 new valves and ball valve for hose bib Arrived to home for leaking shut off valve. Upon inspection found that one shut off for under kitchen sink was leaking. Customer had restoration out here and kitchen was gutted. Offered to replace all including hose bib. MyGuy supplied and installed 3 new shut off valves and ball valve for hose bib. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
