They did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. Sean and Carlos his assistant were fantastic! I have a lot of pets and that didn't interfere with their work. They quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issues, and proactively found some other issues that needed addressing. I deal with contractors and plumbers all the time. These two I will have them back for sure. You will not be disappointed.

They meticulously explained the work that needed to be done, how they were going about it, and made sure I understood everything clearly- even to the extent of showing me the equipment they’d be using, how it worked, and giving me confidence the issue I had would not return. They were respectful of my house and cleaned up fully after the job was done. I’m very happy with the quality of their work; it’s reassuring to have folks who clearly know their stuff. Erica from the office also followed up with me quickly to check on the service I received and make sure everything had to my satisfaction. Repair drainage in basement Arrived back to home for pipe repair. MyGuy supplied and installed new clean out plug and cap. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time. There was a crack on clean out when first arrived. Used socket saver to drill out old fitting and installed new
Arrived to home for leak in basement. Found that clean out fitting is cracked and leaking. Customer also has toilet constantly running which makes the leak in basement constant as well. Will be back here tomorrow to repair the broken drainage.
Repair active leak Upon arrival, customer stated there was an active leak in the crawlspace. Allstate has been contacted by the customer prior to contacting my guy. After an in-depth evaluation of the following has been determined: And the crawlspace, a small section of polybutylene pipe, half inch type, was compromised by staples in the rafters used to hold in the installation. An 18 inch piece of pex was put in place using shark bite polybutylene adapters. All components and connections have been tested and a performing is intended by the manufacturer.
