Installed new gas stove, Barnegat NJ 08005
Arrived on site client stated her garbage disposal wasn’t working and was just humming. When turning on the disposal it worked but we heard something in the disposal. Client stated she dropped a shot glass in the disposal. Removed a few pieces from the disposal and it is now working as it should.
Customer was having plumbing problems under her kitchen sink. She needed a shut off her dishwasher installed along with some more plumbing underneath your kitchen sink to be corrected.
Supplied and installed brand new American Standard Cadet Pro toilet. Supplied and installed new wax seal, Johnny bolts, supply line, and shut off valve. Secured all my connections and flushed the toilet numerous times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked base of the toilet as well.
Provided options to install new stove
Arrived to the home to installed a customer supplied toilet, toilet is already pulled due to bathroom renovation. I prepped the flange with new wax and supply line. The toilet the client has on site is cracked. I next provided options for toilet provided by MyGuy. Client would like to go forward with the work and would like us to return this Friday in the afternoon for the install. I have accepted a deposit for the work to be completed.
Replaced shower cartridge. Barnegat, NJ 08005
Arrived on site customer stated that the fill valve was making a whistling sound it’s appears that something had gotten lodged in the fill valve after shutting the water off as a courtesy replaced the fill valve. There appears to be residual water in the pan from initial install it was noticed the day after install and has not progressed since then wipe up water and left rag in pan to collect any residual water that may seep out the water is not hot so it does not appears to be the tank itself leaking. Told customer to keep an eye on it for the next week or two and check to see if it gets worse. If it is persistent we will replace the tank.
Arrived on site customer is getting salt in the water most likely due to the a cracked distributor. Put softener in bypass mode and unplugged unit. Recommend replacement of the softener due to previous issue and age of the softener. Customer would like to speak with owner before making a decision. Also credited previous service of 1072.65.
Two basic toilets Arrived to home for new toilet. Today MyGuy supplied and installed 2 American standard cadet pro toilets and tested for leaks. There are none at this time. As courtesy installed bidet for one toilet. Flanges were in good shape and valves were swapped out.
Arrived to the home, the water to the home is turned off due to the client attempting to replace the filter for the fridge. In doing so they created an active leak. I went into the crawlspace and located the existing ice maker valve. I advised to the client that the shut off valve for the ice maker just needs to be accessible not readily accessible. Customer would like options to relocate the shut off valve for the ice maker to behind the fridge. I provided options and at this time, the client would like me just to turn the valve off at this time. The home is turned back on and there are no leaks at this time. If client calls us back to relocate the valve, I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the work to be performed.
Arrived to the home, client states major leak in the crawlspace. I went into the crawl and discovered that the building drain had a crack on it due to the strap braking and the integrity of the piping. I provided options for repair and client would like to go through with the work. Cut out broken sewer line in the crawlspace. Supplied and installed new 3in pvc pipe and fittings in the crawlspace. Secured and strapped up all my connections. Ran all fixtures in the home to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Client is now a member.

Installed new tank booster for 50 gallon electric water heater. Barnegat Township, NJ 08005
